The general sale offers seats left after the presale. If the presale sells out, there may be no seats available at general opening. For example, buying two presale tickets for one show leaves room for two more for that same show within the four-ticket limit.

VIP or General: compare the price and the experience

The difference is KRW 22,000 per ticket. Consider General if the concert itself is your priority, or compare VIP if you also want the Hi-Touch. The event follows the departure of General ticket holders. Each person can participate once, even with multiple tickets. Re-entry is not allowed after leaving, so allow extra time for your journey home.
All seats are assigned. The first floor has chairs on a level floor. A higher price does not guarantee an unobstructed view from every seat: railings, stage equipment, cameras and people in front can affect visibility. The official notice rules out show-day refunds or seat changes because of obstructed views. Check the live booking seat map before paying.
These are ticket prices. Check booking fees and any delivery charges on the payment screen, and budget for the final total.

In ‘Select Discount’, choose only a discount you qualify for. Otherwise use the relevant standard price. Check the ticket quantity and amount again. |
5. Pickup / delivery |
In ‘Delivery Method / Confirmation’, check your name and contact details. Choose one of the delivery or pickup options shown. For Global will-call pickup, collect the tickets yourself with your original ID and booking details on show day. |
6. Pay |
Choose an available payment method and continue with ‘Payment’. On the Korean site, bank transfer must be paid by 11:29 PM KST on the booking day. PayPal is unavailable for this show on the Global site. |
7. Confirm |
In ‘MY TICKET’ or your purchase history, check the date, show time, seats, quantity and payment status. Save your booking number. Selecting seats alone does not finish the purchase. For bank transfer, check the payment status again after you pay. |
Missing the bank-transfer deadline automatically cancels the booking. Do not plan to pay the next day.
