개인정보처리방침

1. 이메일 문의

문의 시 이메일 주소, 이름(제공한 경우), 메시지와 첨부자료 등 이용자가 보내는 정보를 받습니다. 이 정보는 문의에 답변하고, 글의 오류를 정정하거나 권리 관련 요청을 처리하는 데 사용합니다. 비밀번호, 신분증 사본, 카드번호 등 불필요한 민감정보는 보내지 마세요.

바이어스노트는 웹사이트에서 상품 주문이나 티켓 결제를 직접 처리하지 않습니다. 예매처나 판매처에 입력하는 결제·본인 인증 정보는 해당 서비스가 처리합니다.

2. 접속 정보와 방문 통계

사이트 접속 과정에서 호스팅·보안 시스템은 IP 주소, 브라우저·기기 정보, 접속 시각과 요청한 페이지 등 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 사이트 제공, 보안과 장애 대응에 사용됩니다.

현재 사이트에는 Google 태그와 Google Site Kit가 설치되어 있습니다. Google의 통계 기능은 페이지 조회, 클릭 등 이용 행동과 브라우저·기기 정보를 쿠키 또는 유사 기술로 처리할 수 있습니다. Google의 데이터 처리 방식은 Google 파트너 사이트 데이터 사용 안내와 Google 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

3. 쿠키와 선택권

쿠키는 브라우저에 저장되는 작은 정보입니다. 사이트는 선택한 언어를 기억하기 위해 Polylang 언어 쿠키(pll_language)를 사용하며, 현재 언어 쿠키의 설정 기간은 약 1년입니다. 관리자 로그인에는 WordPress 인증 쿠키가 사용될 수 있습니다. Google의 통계·광고 기능에는 별도의 쿠키가 사용될 수 있습니다.

브라우저의 개인정보 설정에서 쿠키를 삭제하거나 차단할 수 있습니다. 차단하면 언어 선택 저장 등 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

4. Google 광고를 사용하는 경우

Google AdSense 등 광고 서비스를 도입하면 Google과 제3자 광고 공급업체는 이 사이트 또는 다른 사이트의 이전 방문 기록을 바탕으로 광고를 게재하기 위해 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다. 광고 제공 과정에서 쿠키, 웹 비콘, IP 주소 또는 기기 식별자 등 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. 이 안내만으로 광고 서비스가 이미 시작되었다는 뜻은 아닙니다.

사이트 호스팅에는 카페24를, 문의 이메일에는 Google Gmail을 사용합니다. 각 서비스는 서비스 제공에 필요한 정보를 자체 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다. 바이어스노트는 문의 정보를 광고주에게 판매하지 않습니다.

공식 자료, SNS, 예매처와 판매처 링크를 열면 해당 사이트의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 외부 사이트의 회원가입·주문·결제는 바이어스노트와 별개의 서비스입니다.

6. 보관과 삭제

문의 정보는 답변, 정정·권리 요청 처리와 그에 필요한 후속 대응을 위해 보관합니다. 이용 목적을 달성해 더 이상 필요하지 않은 정보는 삭제합니다. 관계 법령에 따른 보관 의무나 진행 중인 분쟁 대응에 필요한 기록은 해당 사유가 해소될 때까지 보관할 수 있습니다. 호스팅 접속 기록과 외부 서비스가 관리하는 기록에는 해당 서비스의 보관 정책이 적용됩니다.

7. 개인정보 관련 문의

문의 기록의 열람·정정·삭제, 처리 제한 또는 이 방침에 대한 질문은 djdrjfwls@gmail.com으로 보내주세요. 요청자를 확인하는 데 필요한 최소 정보만 요청하고, 법령상 제한 등으로 처리할 수 없는 경우 그 사유를 안내합니다.

서비스나 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지를 수정하고 변경일을 표시합니다. 중요한 변경은 알아보기 쉽게 안내합니다.

Email inquiries

We receive your email address, name if supplied, message and attachments that you choose to send. We use them to respond to inquiries, correct articles and handle rights requests. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information such as passwords, identity-document copies or card numbers. BIASNOTE does not directly process product orders or ticket payments.

Technical information and Google services

Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser and device information, access times and requested pages to deliver and protect the site. The website currently includes Google Tag and Google Site Kit. Google’s statistics features may process page views, clicks and browser or device information through cookies or similar technologies. Cookies and advertising

The Polylang language cookie (pll_language) remembers your language preference and is currently configured to last approximately one year. WordPress authentication cookies may be used for administrator login. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; doing so may affect functions such as saving your language preference.

If Google AdSense or other advertising services are introduced, Google and third-party advertising providers may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites. Ad delivery may involve cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or device identifiers. This notice does not mean advertising has already started. Manage personalized advertising in Google My Ad Center or review third-party advertising choices. Where required, separate consent and choice notices will be provided when relevant features are operated.

Providers, links and retention

We use Cafe24 for hosting and Google Gmail for inquiries. These providers may process information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell inquiry information to advertisers. External official-source, social-media, ticketing and shopping links are governed by the destination’s privacy policy.

Inquiry records are retained for replies, corrections, rights requests and necessary follow-up, and deleted when no longer needed. Records required by law or an ongoing dispute may be retained until the relevant obligation or purpose ends. Provider-managed technical records follow the provider’s retention policies.

We request only the minimum information needed to verify the requester and explain any legal or other applicable limits. Changes to this policy will be recorded on this page with an updated date.
