If you have been waiting for JEONGHAN and JOSHUA’s <DREAMING>, start by saving the ticket sale opening time. 🤍 General ticket sales for JEONGHAN X JOSHUA <JOURNEY INTO [DREAMING]> in Incheon open at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026. Here is a step-by-step guide to preparing before the sale, choosing seats, using mobile tickets, and getting to the venue.
The first time to save 🎟️
General ticket sales open
Monday, October 12, 2026, at 8:00 p.m.
All times are in Korea Standard Time, KST (UTC+9). The general sale is scheduled for October 12, 2026, at 20:00 KST and covers seats remaining after the presale.
When and where is the show? ✨
- Friday, October 30, at 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, October 31, at 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday, November 1, at 5:00 p.m.
All performances take place in 2026 at INSPIRE ARENA in Incheon. The announced age requirement is 9 years and older. The start time changes by one hour each day, so make sure you and anyone joining you are discussing the same performance.

This guide covers tickets to attend the concert in person. Check the separate announcement for online live streaming. An in-person concert ticket should not be assumed to include streaming access.
Check ticket prices and purchase limits first
All tickets are reserved seats priced at KRW 143,000, with VAT included according to the official listing. Check the booking fee and any other items shown at checkout for the actual total.
The general-sale limit is one ticket per person per performance, up to three tickets across all three performances. Tickets purchased during the presale count toward this limit. The presale took place on October 8; the sale to prepare for now is the general sale on October 12.

A scheduled general sale does not guarantee that seats will be available. This sale covers seats left after the presale. Have a few dates and sections in mind, but check the booking screen for the seats you can actually select.
Start with the stage on the seating chart
First locate the main stage and extended stage, then look at the FLOOR sections and the sections on each level. For this concert, FLOOR seats are also reserved seats. Do not choose them on the assumption that the floor is a standing area.

A seating chart alone cannot confirm the view from a particular seat. The official notice identifies possible restricted views from some seats in sections 102, 202, 114, 214, and 314. Stage structures, filming equipment, railings, and other audience members may block the view. Also read the notice about restrictions on same-day changes or refunds for these reasons. Along with distance from the stage, consider the angle you want to see and how easy the section will be to access.
How to book, step by step
General sale: October 12, 2026, at 20:00 KST (UTC+9). Prepare your account first, then follow these steps when the sale opens.
- Choose your ticket service and sign in.
For the international route, open NOL World; for the Korean route, open Korean NOL. Use the attendee’s own account, including for minors; existing Korean NOL Ticket members must convert to an integrated NOL account.
- Complete identity verification before the sale.
On Korean NOL, use 마이 → NOL 계정관리 → 본인 인증 (My → NOL Account Management → Identity Verification); verification is valid for one year. NOL World uses passport verification and does not accept Korean passports for this process.
- Open the event page before 20:00 KST.
Open the NOL World event page or Korean NOL event page and follow the booking-entry instructions when sales open on October 12, 2026, at 20:00 KST. If a queue appears, keep one queue per account; a new queue on another device or browser closes the old one.
- Select a performance and an available seat.
Choose a date you can attend: October 30, October 31 or November 1, then check the section and seat. The limit is one ticket per person per performance, including presale purchases; available seats may run out.
- Check the total and pay.
Tickets are KRW 143,000 each; check the total including booking fees and the cancellation deadline. Use a payment method offered on the actual booking screen.
- Check your booking history before closing the page.
Check the performance date, seat and payment status in your reservation record. If payment is pending, meet the deadline shown there; a pending payment is not a completed purchase.
After booking: Regular seats use mobile tickets, with no physical delivery or collection at the venue. Bring valid ID matching the attendee account.
Korean bookings use the NOL app, with Android 9.0+ or iOS 16.0+ listed in the official guidance; ticket sending is not offered for this event. See the mobile-ticket section below, and the separate phone-booking instructions for wheelchair seats.
Official information checked:
Mobile tickets, not paper tickets
General-sale tickets are mobile tickets; the notice states that physical tickets will not be delivered or made available for collection at the venue. Domestic ticket buyers should access their mobile tickets in the NOL app.

Do not post screenshots or downloaded images of your mobile ticket on social media or share them with others. Even if you want to show that you secured a ticket, avoid posting a screen that reveals your ticket, QR code, or personal information. Keep your booking account active until the concert.
Getting in: Is Face Pass required?
If you do not want to register for Face Pass, you can have your identity verified at an IN-PASS booth. Staff will check your ticket and an accepted valid ID before issuing an admission wristband. You must receive and wear the wristband to enter, so allow plenty of time rather than arriving just as the performance starts.
Even if you register for Face Pass, bring an accepted valid ID in case recognition fails. The notice directs visitors with problems to a separate customer-service booth.

Bring an accepted ID that has not expired. Photos, photocopies, and screenshots of mobile IDs are not accepted. For accepted government-issued mobile IDs, you may be asked to open the app at the venue. Minors should prepare an account in their own name and the required ID. If a booking is under a family member’s name or you need to use exception documents, check the conditions in the official notice and with customer service in advance.
When do the doors open?
- Friday, October 30 · Audience entry at 5:00 p.m. / Show at 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, October 31 · Audience entry at 4:00 p.m. / Show at 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday, November 1 · Audience entry at 3:00 p.m. / Show at 5:00 p.m.

The IN-PASS booths are scheduled to open at 2:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., and noon on the three dates respectively. The customer-service booths and lobby open at 4:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. respectively. Include the time needed for your admission method when planning your journey.
Getting to INSPIRE ARENA: Check the shuttle too 🚍
The official notice lists a free loop shuttle from outside Exit 2 of Airport Cargo Terminal Station to INSPIRE ARENA on performance days. It is scheduled to run approximately every 20 minutes, from five hours before the show until the start time, subject to conditions on the day.

The return shuttle goes to Incheon Airport Terminal 2. The outward and return stops are different, so make sure you distinguish them. The return service is scheduled to run from the end of the show until 90 minutes afterward, and the notice warns that boarding waits may exceed 30 minutes. Allow enough time for your train or other transport home.
Wheelchair seats have a separate booking schedule. Telephone bookings are scheduled to open at 9:00 a.m. KST on Tuesday, October 13, through NOL Ticket customer service at 1544-1555. Conditions for wheelchair users and companions, supporting documents, and on-site ticket collection differ from those for regular seats, so read the official instructions carefully.
One last check before booking 🤍
- Save the opening time: Monday, October 12, at 8:00 p.m. KST.
- Check your account login and verification status.
- Choose the performances you can attend and backup sections.
- Check the KRW 143,000 ticket price, payment fees, and cancellation terms.
- Prepare the NOL app, a phone with a supported operating-system version, and your ID.
- Check the official ticketing site for remaining seats and the latest notices once sales open.
Trying to get everything ready right before the sale can feel hectic. Sort out your account, dates, and transport before the sale so you can focus calmly on the official booking screen when sales open.
